Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Local Drop-Off (Select Areas)

We offer free local drop-off for customers in select areas near Brentwood, California.

Local Drop-Off Guidelines:

  • Available within a limited local delivery radius.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 days after confirmation.
  • Delivery timing will be coordinated by email or text after your purchase.

If your address qualifies, the local drop-off option will be available during checkout.

Returns

We want you to shop with confidence and love your East Co Co Delta Fishing gear.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help with eligible exchanges.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your original item, we'll ship your replacement based on product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
